City Councilman Victor Gordo Begins Airing "Bogaard Endorsement" Television Ad
PASADENA, CA -- With the March primary election rapidly approaching, today Pasadena City Councilman Victor Gordo's campaign for Mayor of Pasadena announced that this week it began airing its first television ad on cable TV throughout the city. Titled, "Bogaard Endorsement" the spot features former Pasadena Mayor Bill Bogaard touting his support of Gordo's grassroots, people-powered campaign for citywide office.
Recently, Gordo secured a duo of powerhouse endorsements from the Los Angeles County Democratic Party and the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO.
Since initially launching his insurgent, grassroots driven and people-powered campaign for Mayor, Gordo has amassed widespread support from hundreds of Pasadena community members, neighborhood leaders as well as from the Pasadena Firefighters Association, IAFF Local 809 and former Pasadena Mayor Bill Bogaard who is Co-Chairing his campaign, among others. He is also the only candidate in the race to date who has announced surpassing over six-figures in funds raised primarily from local individuals and families in Pasadena for the March primary election.
